Pretty basic hotel, little amenities, small rooms and probably closer to a 3 star rating rather than 4 stars. Definitely not a luxury spa hotel that it is being marketed as. Good customer service and rooms were clean.

The location is perfect for Antibes I think; close to old town, short walk or taxi to the other side (Juan les Pins) and Eden Roc. The only thing is that you aren’t guaranteed a beach bed if you stay here, they seem to be booked out for days (or more) in advance and honestly, the staff at the beach club were all pretty rude/blase and didn’t care that we were staying at the hotel (almost like the two are separate, if they actually are, they shouldn’t sell it as a part of the hotel!).

The location is fantastic. I don't understand why they charge an entrance fee to the hotel guests for the Royal Beach. Even though we spent a good amount of money at the beach, the bathroom ventilation in the room wouldn't shut off. When I went to the receptionist to tell him what to do, I was literally scolded. Other than that, it's very nice.

Compared to Nice, I prefer Antibes! A quiet and lively town!
The hotel room is quite big, and the Mediterranean Sea is right outside. Walk to the right for 5 minutes, and there will be a beach where you can go to the sea.
